“My home was on the market for five months and I thought I was going to have to make expensive and time consuming renovations in order to get an offer. Kathy made a few affordable suggestions, and I had an offer the very next week.
Thanks, Kathy!” -

"Kathy is a hard worker, takes her job seriously, and has a terrific sense of humor. She was able to help arrange things tastefully in our home as we prepared to put it on the market...and went out of her way to answer our questions as they arose. If you are looking for a stager, I would recommend Kathy with no hesitation. You will learn how to stage your home and have fun in the process!" -
Christina J, Richland, WA

"Kathy does a great service for her clients. I have been impressed with her team attitude when working with my clients. She brings them along getting them excited about preparing their home for sale. She prepares a very detailed written report to guide them through implementing each of her strategies. She also returns to help me with a pre-open house check list. When holding open houses in homes that Kathy has staged I hear guests ask, "are they still living here?" as the homes make you feel at home yet everything is in its place!
I will continue to partner with Kathy for staging my listings and strongly recommend her to others."
Shawn B, Realtor Coldwell Banker Tomlinson
"With Kathy's expertise in home staging I came to her when I needed help selling a home for one of my clients. With the recommendations that she made, the results were that the house went under contract within a week after being on the market for over 2 months."

My Bio or What you read here is what you can expect to get....
First of all, if you've gotten to this page by accident or otherwise, Home Staging, selling your house faster, or curb appeal might have appeared somewhere in your search parameters...but then again, maybe not. Anyway, I'm sure this isn't what you expected to find but it will give you an idea of who I am and whether or not you want to work with me.
I'm a Home Stager but not the everyday Garden Variety kind. I got into business by accident after watching w-a-a-y too much HGTV. I saw an ad for Staging classes and thought it might be interesting so here I am. And it is.......interesting, that is. And fun!
Moving around the country has given me a frame of reference for selling homes and I know it isn't always easy. You're competing with every other home that's like yours AND new construction.
On the pages of this website you'll find statistics and general information about how important Staging is to the sale of your home. It doesn't need to look like a sterile Model Home. After all, you're probably still living in it. But it needs to put on its Best Face, just like getting ready for a blind date.
Because First Impressions are critical, it's best to Stage the home before you put it on the market. 90% of home buyers start their search on the Internet. If the pictures of your home aren't inviting, buyers will never get to your front door. And speaking of your front door, if you don't have Curb Appeal, proof that you've cared for your home and yard, they'll just keep on looking. If your home is already on the market, it's still not too late.
Check out some of my Before and After pictures and see which ones make the rooms "show" better. If your home shows well, more prospective buyers are going to want to see it and more agents will want to show it. The more prospective buyers who see it, the better your chances are for a faster sale. See how that works?
Every home, no matter what the price point, deserves to show at its very best and that's my goal for your home.
